By accessing, connecting, or using this application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App, including users who connect through Facebook Login or the Facebook Graph API.
1.2 Description of the Application
This App integrates with the Facebook Graph API to provide features and services based on data accessible through your Facebook account, subject to your explicit permissions. The App does not store, sell, or share your Facebook data beyond what is necessary to deliver its core functionality.
1.3 Facebook Permissions & Data
When you authenticate with Facebook, we may request access to the following permissions depending on the features you use:
- public_profile — Your name, profile picture, and public account details.
- email — Your email address linked to your Facebook account.
- Any additional permissions will be explicitly disclosed and requested at the time of access.
We only request permissions that are strictly necessary for the App's functionality. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your Facebook App Settings.
By using this App, you also agree to comply with Meta's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1.4 User Obligations
As a condition of using this App, you agree that you will not:

- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the App or its users without consent.
1.5 Intellectual Property
All content, branding, code, and materials within this App — excluding data sourced from third-party APIs — are the exclusive property of the App owner and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.
1.6 Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is lower.
1.8 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the App — including misuse of the Facebook API integration.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature survive termination shall remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email where applicable. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
